Tell me all about your project.

Completing the following form is the best way to get things rolling. Even if you are just in the initial brainstorming stage, any and all information you can provide below will give me a better feel for where you are at and how I can potentially help.

Note: Due to current volume, I am currently only taking on projects that involve new theme/website development and have a budget of at least $3000. I am not taking on projects that involve tweaks to existing themes, maintenance, or custom plugin development.

  • City/State
  • IMPORTANT: Sharing a realistic assessment of what you have to spend on this effort will help me scope the project appropriately. While disclosing your budget might not be something you typically do, sharing this information with me now will greatly reduce the likelihood of both sides spending significant time and resources "shooting in the dark."

When purchasing a home, the realtor you are working with needs to know your budget up front to find you the best home that you can afford. Web projects are much the same. If we've already discussed your budget, please disregard.
  • What does your organization do? How did it start? Where do you see it going? What are your clients like? What differentiates you from your competitors?
  • Provide a few URLs of websites you'd like to model in certain ways. This doesn't mean that we'll copy them, it's just a way I can get a feel for your tastes. Also, please state WHY you like each site. For example, "google.com: We like the simplicity. chrisbrogan.com: We like the layout and color scheme. garyvaynerchuk.com: We like the way he uses video." You get the idea. This really helps me out.
  • For example, About Us, Contact, Services, Portfolio, etc. Be sure to give as many details as possible.
  • "Easy to look at, edgy, classic, up-to-date, crisp, modern, clean, bright, earthy, simple, traditional, understated, etc."
  • Is it primarily for marketing, customer service, etc? Are there specific features you'd like to see? Do you see your website automating certain aspects of your business? Will you be using video to engage visitors? Tell me about your ideas.
  • Do you already have things like a logo, standard color scheme, etc? Describe your current branding situation. NOTE: Lift Development does NOT offer branding services. I can help clean up existing branding and I can refer you to partners who specialize in brand identity.
  • Content includes things like text, images, media, documents, structure, etc.
